Firmengründung & Kryptowährung – wie Digitalisierung die Wirtschaft verändert.

Wer früher eine Firma gründen wollte, hat meist einen Plan ausgearbeitet und ist dann zur Bank gegangen um einen Kredit aufzunehmen und hat dieses Prozedere bei einer Expansion wiederholt.
savedroid ICODass es heute dank der Digitalisierung und Kryptowährungen andere Wege gibt, zeigt das Beispiel der Firma Savedroid aus Frankfurt. Die Frima wurde 2015 gegründet und ist im FinTechHub der Deutschen Börse. Unter der Überschrift „Spar dich glücklick“ erstellt es ein Sparkonto und überweist Geld darauf, wenn man etwas bestimmtes gemacht hat, z.B. im Fitnessstudio oder Burger essen war.
Mit über 200.000 Kunden ist die Savedroid-App sehr erfolgreich und die Entwickler wollen weiter wachsen. Das Geld dafür soll aber nicht klassich von einer Bank kommen, sondern digital mit einem Crowdfunding ICO eingesammelt werden.
Crowdfunding wurde dadurch bekannt, dass viele Menschen mit kleinen Beträgen Projekte unterstützt haben. Bekannte Plattformen sind beispielsweise Kickstarter, Startnext oder Seedmatch. Die Kryptowährungen sind vor allem durch die enormen Kursgewinne von Bitcoin in der Öffentlichkeit erschienen.
Der Weg, den Savedroid gewählt hat unterscheidet sich davon etwas, denn statt auf Kleininvestitionen in Euro zu setzten, wird auf Basis der Etherum Plattform eine eigene Kryptowährung erzeugt, ein „Savedroid Token“. Um damit Investitionen zu bekommen, wird eine bestimmte Menge „Krypto-Geld“ berechnet und in einem Inital Coin Offering (ICO) angeboten. Ähnlich wie Aktien bei einem Börsengang.
